Social Visual Media Research seminar UOC

The seminar will involve researchers from the Visual Social Media Lab at Sheffield, who will be presenting their activity.

Afterwards, there will be an exchange with the researchers of the Mediaccions group, especially regarding the Selfiestories project.The Visual Social Media Lab seeks to better understand this explosion in social media images and its impact on society. A key aim of the lab is to develop new methods and analytical approaches by bringing together expertise from a range of academic disciplines as well as industry.
